Turkish villages 'retain charm'

Turkish villages have not been losing their charm at the hands of property development, according to an expert in Turkey.
Andrea Kelleher said that it is "certainly" the case that Turkish villages have not slid into mediocrity now that foreign developers have moved in.
The spokesperson from Anatolian Sky explained: "There are many villages that retain their charm throughout Turkey.
"Akyaka and Kalkan have experienced some development recently and [will experience] more in the future but they certainly do retain their charm."
Ms Kelleher also said that off-plan projects in Turkey offer a good return on an investment and that these can be received in a "relatively short period of time".
"Turkey attracts investors for many reasons and being in the running for joining the EU this is a big factor in light of growth in capital," she said.
Anatolian Sky offers a range of services in Turkey and North Cyprus.
There are currently 12,000 British-owned properties in Turkey.
