Turkish rental property to be in greater demand

Demand for rental accommodation in Turkey is likely to increase this year, an expert has suggested.
Timur Bayindir, chairman of the Turkish Hoteliers' Association, revealed that the country's tourist sector produced a "very strong performance" in 2007.
In an interview with Today's Zaman, he revealed that he was expecting this year to be even more successful.
Mr Bayindir commented: "In the coming year, we will exceed these results and grow further."
This could potentially make the country a more attractive destination for overseas property investors to consider, particularly those who are keen to invest in rental accommodation.
Demand for such residences will also increase strong if tourist numbers continue to rise, a development which could prove to be highly lucrative for property owners.
According to estimates from the Office for National Statistics, about two million Britons will have invested in a foreign market by 2025.
