Turkey "one of the best"

Developments near charming small towns make investment property in Turkey a good bet, according to industry insiders.
Around 12,000 Brits own property in Turkey currently and this number is set to rise due to the country's fantastic growth potential, says Colin Mansell, of Atlas International.
Mr Mansell said that potential investors need not worry about construction spoiling the rustic appeal of villages such as Turgutreis and Gumusluk.
"The developments are mainly outside of the towns," he explained, "because obviously the towns are already there and they are pretty built-up within the centre, so the developments are pretty separate."
He continued: "The smaller resorts still have some of the traditional charm, but the developments offer very low prices which are growing quite quickly so for investors it is all about financial return."
According to Mr Mansell, Turkey "is probably one of the best areas to invest at the moment".
