Turkey Property Investment News
Turkey offers bargain properties

People who want to purchase an affordable foreign property could find Turkey a good location, according to a media report.
Business Week stated that houses in Turkey tend to cost much less than those in other European countries, such as Spain and Italy.
Prospective investors were told that a house in Turkey is likely to cost about half the price of a comparable residence in another Mediterranean market.
As a result, it has become highly popular with property buyers from different parts of the world.
Business Week commented: "Turkey is quickly emerging as a new property hotspot for European and US home buyers."
The publication added that sales of Turkish property went up by 60 per cent last year, while prices are expected to go up by 12.5 per cent in the next 12 months.
Meanwhile, ShelterOffshore.com has suggested that Turkey's relatively low living costs could make it a good destination for retirees who wish to move to another country.
