Turkey 'has bargain properties'

Investors who are in search of a relative bargain have been advised to consider the Turkish market.
The country was recommended by Paul Collins of the BuyAssociation website, who stated that it was much cheaper than other places on the Mediterranean, such as Spain and Portugal.
He added that Turkey also offered a number of other attractions to investors and second home buyers, including its lifestyle and good weather.
Mr Collins commented: "There are some great opportunities and some places that are significantly cheaper than anything you'll find in Cyprus or Greece."
Prospective investors were also told that the property values across the country were going up, which means they could potentially collect strong returns further down the line.
According to Home Move, house prices in Turkey have risen by between 15 and 20 per cent during the last year.
