Turkey Property Investment News
Turkey has affordable properties

A British couple who have set up home in Turkey have highlighted the financial benefits of living in the country.
Speaking to the Sun, David and Rosemary Nigbur described Turkey as a very affordable place in which to live.
However, the couple have been able to enjoy more than low property prices and a reduced cost of living, as their home is appreciating in value.
They revealed that they have already made a profit of £27,000 within just a few weeks of moving into their three-bedroom villa.
Mrs Nigbur commented: "Turkey's a stunning place to live and very affordable."
She added that the process of buying land and property in the country has been very straightforward.
Earlier this week, Business Week stated that houses in Turkey tend to cost much less than those in other European countries, such as Spain and Italy.
Prospective investors were told that a house in Turkey is likely to cost about half the price of a comparable residence in another Mediterranean market.
