Investors advised to enter growing Turkish market

Owners of an investment property in Turkey could be able to benefit from growth in the market, according to industry analysts.
Shelter Offshore said house prices in the European country are rising in line with demand each year.
This means that overseas property buyers who wish to collect the proceeds of capital appreciation could find Turkey a good place to consider.
The website went on to say that a property in the country costs "a fraction" of the price of a comparable home in Spain or France.
Shelter Offshore commented: "If you were looking for an emerging market with strong potential - may we suggest you look in Turkey's direction?"
Prospective investors were also told that the country's growing popularity with holidaymakers could also work to their advantage, as second home owners could let out their residence and collect the rental yields.
This comes after Moneycorp stated that during 2007, it saw a three-fold increase in the amount of interest in the Turkish market among British buyers.
