Moving abroad 'is good for health'

Retirees who are suffering from age-related conditions could benefit from moving abroad, a media report has suggested.
The Western Mail stated that many expatriates who are aged from the UK have improved their physical condition since moving abroad.
British nationals told the newspaper that the warm climate has helped to ease the pain caused by conditions brought on by old age, such as arthritis.
The publication added that moving broad does not necessarily have to be a major upheaval, as places such as Spain are home to a sizable number of foreign expats.
"Large communities of Britons mean retirees do not feel isolated once they've moved," the newspaper commented.
Spain's Costa del Sol was highlighted as a particularly popular location for British retirees, along with the north-eastern region of Catalonia.
This comes after ByeByeBlighty.com cited figures showing that almost 200,000 people from the UK now live in Spain on a permanent basis.
