Romania Property Investment News
Investors 'interested in Romania'

The eastern European country of Romania is becoming increasingly popular with British property investors, new research has shown.
A study by Currencies Direct found that factors such as relatively low property prices and growth in the country's economy have made it a highly appealing investment option.
In addition, investors were also said to be attracted by investment in the country's infrastructure.
However, spokesperson Mark O'Sullivan stated that although the country was becoming more popular, it may not appeal to investors who preferred established markets.
He told What Investment: "If you're looking for safety in numbers with plenty of other British investors, smooth estate agents and a well-developed economy, Romania may not be the option for you."
Mr O'Sullivan added that the country's recent accession to the EU effectively guaranteed an economic boom in the next few years.
This comes shortly after World Investment Services recommended that overseas property buyers consider emerging markets in eastern Europe, as they could be highly lucrative.
