EU membership 'has tempted investors to Poland'

Poland's entry into the EU has helped it to become popular with foreign property buyers, according to experts.
Advice website BuyAssociation stated that the eastern European country began attracting attention in the run-up to its accession three years ago.
The online portal said Poland's membership of the EU had led to it being seen as a secure investment, as it has currency that is protected by the euro.
Paul Collins, overseas property editor at BuyAssociation, added that it had been on "the radar" for British investors for several years.
He commented: "People have been buying there for a couple of years.
"Investors knew that the EU accession was coming along and that has boosted prices tremendously."
Meanwhile, the Telegraph has reported that eastern Europe has been a highly popular region among British investors.
Countries such as Poland were praised for offering fast-growing economies and booming property market.
