Morocco Property Investment News
JT heads to Morocco

Regularly heading a football week in, week out hasn't stopped England skipper John Terry from knowing a good investment opportunity when he sees it.
The Chelsea defender has joined a raft of English footballers taking advantage of the sunny climes and cheap prices of Moroccan property, with his recent purchase of a three-bedroom villa, reports World of Property.
Foreign investment in the north African country is soaring, thanks to regular services from low-cost airlines and the knock-on effects of King Mohammed VI's 'Vision 2010' tourism strategy.
The monarch aims to attract ten million tourists a year to the country by 2010 and has injected over £2 billion into its infrastructure.
The Moroccan economy grew by 8.1 per cent in 2006, thanks in no small part to foreign investment in real estate.
Terry explained his own purchase to World of Property: "The weather really appealed to me as did the short flight time. When you're looking for a holiday home, some places can be four or five hours away - too far. Morocco can be reached in just 2.5 hours."
He added: "The country's also full of great beaches and swimming poolsâ¦It's not about throwing my money at any old property. This is an investment for my pension and retirement."
Rio Ferdinand and Gary and Phil Neville have joined Terry in snapping up Moroccan properties.
