Morocco recommended to investors

Overseas property investors have been encouraged to consider buying a residence in Morocco.
NuBricks.com stated that the north African country could be a good investment because it has a rapidly growing tourist industry.
This means that demand for rental accommodation across the country has gone up significantly in recent years and set to keep rising.
Morocco attracted 7.4 million foreign leisure travellers last year, although the Moroccan government is making efforts to push annual visitor numbers up to ten million by 2010.
As well as benefiting from strong rental returns, investors may also be able to profit from capital appreciation.
Demand from rental investors could potentially push up prices across the country, while newly-created leisure outlets and infrastructure improvements will further enhance its desirability.
NuBricks.com said: "Overseas property investors will not be short of reasons why Moroccan property is a smart buy and a sound addition to their real estate portfolios."
The advice comes soon after Home Move praised the country for offering attractions such as an exotic environment, a rich history and year-round sunshine.
