Morocco recommended to American tourists

Favourable exchange rates could make Morocco an excellent location for American tourists, a media outlet has stated.
According to Forbes.com, the currency in the north African country is worth much less than the US dollar, which means that visitors' money would be likely to go a long way.
The overall weakness of the dollar means that it is worth relatively little when compared with many other currencies, such as those in Europe.
For example, one dollar is currently worth half of a UK pound - an exchange rate which has been very welcome for British tourists heading to America but a major financial constraint for those heading in the reverse direction.
Therefore, Forbes.com has highlighted Morocco was a good alternative destination that leisure travellers from the US should consider.
The site said the country would give a "savvy American tourist the opportunity to experience a new culture for a reasonable cost".
Morocco's government is currently aiming to increase the annual number of visitors to ten million by 2010.
