Investors could get good returns in Morocco

Overseas property buyers have been advised that purchasing a home in Morocco could be a lucrative investment.
Independent analysts Amberlamb stated that the north African country has excellent fundamentals that could make it a good choice for investors.
Specifically, the organisation said the Moroccan government is actively aiming to boost the number of holidaymakers, a move which bodes well for its rental market.
Driving growth in the tourist trade was cited as an example of how the government is aiming to diversify its economy, as sectors such as agriculture are highly seasonal and could be negatively affected by the climate.
However, Morocco's hot and sunny weather is ideal for tourism, making it a good place for both holidaymakers and overseas property buyers.
Amberlamb commented: "There is massive potential for Morocco to thrive and develop and economically prosper over the medium to much longer term."
The Moroccan government is currently aiming to attract ten million visitors a year by 2010.
