Budget carrier announces Moroccan flights

Low-cost airline easyJet has announced that it plans to expand further into the Moroccan market.
According to the budget carrier, flights between Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport and Casablanca will begin operating towards the end of October.
This will coincide with the launch of another direct service between the French capital and Tangier.
The introduction of the flights could be good news for people who own property in the two Moroccan cities, as improved access could lead to greater tourism in these areas.
As a result, there may be greater demand for quality housing in Tangier and Casablanca, as well as increased need for rental accommodation.
The announcement comes after easyJet revealed that in June 2008, it saw a 19.5 per cent increase in passenger numbers on a year-by-year basis.
Figures showed that more than four million people travelled with the airline during the month.
