British expats move to Morocco

Morocco is becoming increasingly popular with Britons who are moving abroad, according to property experts.
BuyAssociation stated that a growing number of people from the UK are expressing an interest in relocating to another country.
Paul Collins, property editor at the website, said Morocco has become one of the main hotspots among this group.
He commented: "Morocco is attracting a lot of interest because it's a big country, with a good government, and there is a lot of development."
Speaking to the Telegraph, he added that the north African country is only 30 minutes' flying time from the Costa del Sol.
This represents a further boost to its housing market and could potentially encourage more people to purchase an investment property in Morocco.
Industry expert Fouad Akalay recently told the newspaper that house prices are likely to go up by at least 20 per cent over the next few years.
