New flights to benefit Italian investors

Overseas property investors in Italy could be in line to benefit from the introduction of new flights.
Irish airline Aer Lingus announced that it would begin offering extra flights from Dublin to places such as Rome and Naples.
The resulting increase in the amount of business and leisure travellers visiting Italy will be likely to lead to an increased demand for temporary accommodation.
This could mean the creation of new overseas property investment opportunities in the country.
Investors in Spain will also be in line to benefit, as Aer Lingus is also increasing the number of services between Ireland and Malaga, as well as Barcelona.
Commenting on the changes, chief executive Dermot Mannion said: "It reaffirms Aer Lingus' commitment to providing direct, low fares access for Irish customers to new destinations."
Earlier this week, MyHoliday.com stated that holiday accommodation in Spain and Italy was in strong demand among British holidaymakers.
