More Britons seek work overseas

A growing number of British nationals are taking jobs overseas, a new study has revealed.
Research by NatWest found that during 2006, more than 200,000 people from the UK left the country in order to live abroad.
Figures showed that two-thirds of this group went to find work, including highly specialised or managerial jobs.
NatWest believes the findings refute the idea that the typical expat is a retiree who wants to live in the sunshine.
Dave Isley, spokesperson for the firm, added that in recent months, the number of enquiries it has received regarding a possible move abroad has risen.
He commented: "This trend will increase as countries continue to seek out the talents of British workers and entice them to foreign climes with career opportunities and the chance to experience life abroad."
This comes after previous research by NatWest found that the majority of expats feel healthier, happier and financially better off since leaving home.
