Italian seaside town recommended to investors

Overseas property buyers have been advised to consider investing in the Italian seaside town of Pizzo.
Real estate expert Marco Rossi stated that investors in the "thriving" town would benefit from lifestyle attractions as well as cheap property values.
Speaking to the Daily Record, he praised the historic centre of Pizzo, which he described as "charming".
Mr Rossi commented: "This area is already a thriving seaside resort, so properties here will attract good rental income."
He also said that the town was also located close to an international airport, making it an easily accessible location for both investors and holidaymakers.
Mr Rossi added that current level of interest in the area, which is located on the west coast of Calabria, was "amazing".
Last week, UK-based newspaper the Telegraph stated that the introduction of flights to the region by Ryanair had helped to raise the profile of the area.
