First-time buyers 'could look abroad'

First-time buyers in the UK could find a foreign investment helps them on to the domestic housing ladder, a newspaper has stated.
According to the Telegraph, buying a property in another country tends to be much cheaper than purchasing in Britain.
The publication stated that many other markets are also experiencing a much higher rate of house price inflation.
Therefore, it has said that first-time buyers could possibly acquire a cheap property in a rapidly expanding market and collect the capital gains.
As a result, they would then be able to afford a deposit for a British home and get a step up onto the housing ladder.
The Telegraph commented: "As UK property prices show no signs of lifting in the near future, quicker gains may be found by investing overseas."
Meanwhile, the Sunday Mirror has revealed that a growing number of first-time buyers in the UK are already snapping up properties in other countries.
