23% annual profit
The 23% annual profit is offered through a combination of guaranteed minimum capital appreciation and contracted annual rent income. The annual rent income paid to Investors, net of all costs and fees, starts at 10% of the invested amount and rises to 19% after 8 years and over 20% beyond that.

Exit windows
There are predetermined exit windows during which the Operator will buy back land from Investors at market value and offers a guaranteed minimum capital gain of between 60% and 80%. Investors can arrange the private sale of the land at any time.

Environmental benefits
There are also substantial environmental benefits, extending agricultural production to marginal land rather than clearing forest, and social benefits, bringing employment and supporting or creating schools for the local children.
