More Britons 'buying foreign property'

Overseas property investment is likely to become more common in the UK, experts have predicted.
The Office for National Statistics (ONS) believes that about two million Britons will have invested in a foreign market by 2025.
This is more than twice the current number of second home owners, which was calculated to be almost 850,000.
However, the estimates do not take into account those people from the UK who have chosen to leave the country permanently and set up home overseas.
Instead, the ONS figures are centred on those people who spend their holidays in their property, or divide their time between Britain and their foreign residence.
Spain was found to be one of the most popular places to purchase an overseas property, along with France.
This comes after the two countries were identified as the top two investment markets in a poll by A Place in the Sun magazine.
