France Property Investment News
France recommended to investors

Foreign property buyers have been encouraged to purchase an off-plan residence in France.
According to the American Chronicle, house prices in the European nation are relatively low in comparison with the UK.
Therefore, it has suggested that Britons consider buying an investment property in France and generate further wealth by renting it out.
The publication said buying an off-plan property could allow buyers to take advantage of very competitive prices, as well as receive a house which will be brand new.
"Buying off-plan [makes] maintenance and running costs minimal while offering excellent rental and resale profitability," the American Chronicle remarked.
The media outlet added that France contains a wide variety of suitable markets for overseas property buyers, including luxury investment spots such as St Tropez and ski resorts in the French Alps.
According to official data cited by Homes Overseas, about 300,000 people from other nations now own a property in the country.
