Investors tempted by Egyptian weather

The good weather in Egypt has helped make it a highly popular investment spot, according to experts.

Advice website BuyAssociation stated that overseas property buyers were drawn to the country because they were "virtually guaranteed" to get experience hot and sunny conditions.

Paul Collins, spokesperson for the site, added that the affordability and high quality of the houses in Egypt was also attractive to foreign investors.

He commented: "Property is very, very cheap in comparison with other places where you have similar facilities and similar climates."

Mr Collins added that most houses on the market were new build properties, mainly in popular tourist areas such as Sharm el Sheikh.

This was said to offer a range of high-quality leisure attractions for visitors, such as golf and underwater diving.

Egypt's tourist market recently received a boost when the mummified body of King Tutankhamun was placed on public display.
