Investors look further afield

Foreign property buyers are becoming more and more willing to look beyond European shores, experts have stated.
Analysts at Knight Frank said long-haul destinations are attracting attention because they are widely seen as exclusive markets.
Nick Barnes, a partner at the organisation, added that there is a growing desire among British investors to opt for somewhere a bit different.
Speaking to Newsweek, he said this is true even in places which are relatively inaccessible.
Mr Barnes commented: "The luxury market is willing to travel to more-exotic locations, irrespective of infrequent flights and a longer flight time."
Knight Frank has predicted that within the next 15 years, the overall number of Britons with second homes could quadruple.
The comments could explain why a growing number of Britons are purchasing an investment property in Dubai.
AMEInfo recently revealed that house prices in some parts of the emirate have gone up by 15 per cent in the last month.
