Czech Republic Property Investment News
Prague one of "world's best"

Though France and Spain remain traditional investment hotspots, property experts have earmarked Prague as a lucrative destination.
Buyproperty4less.com reports that the strong economy of the Czech Republic and the capital's huge appeal for tourists across the globe makes Prague a potentially profitable location.
According to Damian Qualter, managing director of the website, Prague has "exceptional" promise.
"It has double-digit capital appreciation coupled with strong rental demand and not to mention no capital gains tax after owning the property for five years, making it one of the world's best property investment opportunities."
With membership of the European Union enhancing its trade relations with western conglomerates and imminent adoption of the euro set to solidify its place in the European economy, the Czech Republic should continue to attract holidaymakers and investors alike.
Mr Qualter confirmed: "The government also has strong incentives for external investment from other countries.''
Tenancy laws that favour the landlord have also helped Prague's development into a popular investment destination, he added.
