Prague's cultural attractions make it investment hotspot

Prague's varied cultural attractions make neighbouring cities in Czech Republic an interesting prospect for property investment, according to one industry source.
Nathan Brown, spokesman for Czech Point 101, said that strong cultural attraction and quaint villages made the nearby countryside a safe bet for investors.
A particular area garnering interest was the second largest city in the Czech Republic Brno. Ostrava too, has been popular due to its low rent and good connections through to Poland.
Mr Brown commented: "Prague is certainly the city that attracts the most interest. Everyone has heard of Prague.
"Of course, most people love Prague. It is a place that appeals to the heart and is great to vacation in.
"Also, many love the countryside here with its quaint villages and beautiful rolling hills.
"Add to this every area having its great local beer and yes, the culture attraction is strong."
