Lucrative conditions in Czech Republic's second city

According to industry experts, the property market in the Czech city of Brno is ripe for investment.
Simon Tweddle, of Property Secrets, said that Brno offers the chance for year-on-year value increases and good rental returns, while also experiencing smaller-scale development than in Prague.
In a press release, Mr Tweddle advised that British investors seize the moment and take advantage of profitable property in Brno:
"The combination of high capital growth and high rental yields is a dynamic that every property investor is in search of, yet it seldom occurs. In certain conditions, when the market is right, it can be achievable but investors must act very quickly indeed to reap the rewards.
"The difficulty is knowing where and when to stroke and which property markets look like they have the potential to provide such lucrative conditions. At Property Secrets, we believe that Brno, the Czech Republic's second city, is showing these conditions right now."
The city is home to over 400,000 people as well as the Czech Supreme Court and was the birthplace of influential novelist Milan Kundera.
