Rental investors 'should look at Cyprus'

People who are thinking of investing in a rental property overseas have been advised to purchase a home in Cyprus.
Property author David Peters stated that the island's buy-to-let sector was booming and that holiday accommodation was in strong demand.
He said investors would be able to snap up a property for a relatively cheap price, while also taking advantage of reduced living costs.
Mr Peters commented: "All at a very affordable cost, most Cyprus villas don't even put a hole in your pocket."
He said the island was the "perfect holiday destination", as it had warm and sunny weather for 12 months of the year.
Mr Peters added that Cyprus was well-serviced by low-cost air carriers, making it an easy and affordable place to visit.
Meanwhile, PricewaterhouseCoopers has predicted that the country will see economic growth of more than four per cent this year.
