Cyprus Property Investment News
Great bargains in Cyprus

There's good news for UK investors thinking of a Mediterranean move, with a house price index revealing that Cypriot apartments are among the cheapest in Europe.
A new report from Global Property Guide surveyed nearly 50 European cities, with rents in Limassol ranking among the ten cheapest.
The financial benefits of overseas investment were clear in the report - while investment in central London was likely to cost between €7,199 and €14,522 per square metre, the average apartment cost in Limassol was just €2,167 per square metre.
The Cypriot capital also exhibited excellent rental yields, with an average of 4.38 per cent, compared to 3.15 per cent in Madrid and only 2.43 per cent in Europe's most expensive location, Monaco.
With cheap flights to Cyprus more readily available, a predicted increase in tourism revenue through both the medical and religious tourism markets and recent EU membership making financial transactions even easier, this could be a great time to invest in Cypriot property.
The report followed a recent European Union study that named Cyprus and Greece as the home of the cleanest beaches in Europe.
