Cyprus' climate 'good for rental investors'
Cyprus' good climate could make the island an ideal location for investors in rental accommodation, according to an expert.
Property writer Mark Dale said that the island offered approximately 340 days of sunshine and warm temperatures each year.
This, he stated, would make it a good place in which to purchase rental accommodation, as there was likely to be continuous demand.
He commented: "An all-year-round rental season is a huge bonus, especially with more and more holiday makers looking for winter sun."
Mr Dale added that the accessibility of the region also made it a good option for overseas property buyers, as the roll-out of new services suggested that an increasing number of people would fly there.
He added that this would also prove to be highly beneficial for people investing in a Cyprus investment property.
According to the People, the Mediterranean island offers a "perfect mix" of activities for children, families, young adults and retirees.
