Croatia Property Investment News
Investors pointed towards Croatia

Overseas property investors are being encouraged to snap up a home in Croatia while they are still relatively cheap.
According to independent analysts Amberlamb, the eastern European country currently has a number of bargain properties for sale.
However, it stated that the very real possibility of Croatia entering the European Union within the next few years means this may not be the case for long.
The organisation said it is "pretty much guaranteed" to become a member of the international alliance in 2010, a development which should trigger growth in the housing market.
Amberlamb commented: "Getting in now ahead of EU entry could offer an investor the chance to buy in ahead of an increase in demand and affluence."
This comes after Holiday-Rentals highlighted the growing popularity of Croatia among UK-based property investors.
The group attributed this to a number of factors, such as affordable property values and recent accessibility improvements.
