Croatia Property Investment News
Croatia recommended to investors

Prospective buyers of foreign property are being encouraged to consider purchasing a home in Croatia.
Independent analysts Amberlamb recommended the eastern European country as it believes its housing market is set to grow.
Commenting on Croatia's investment potential, the group stated that it was becoming more and more popular with foreign property buyers.
This was said to be fuelling house price inflation in areas such as the south coast, thereby enhancing its appeal among prospective investors.
Amberlamb commented: "If you're looking for a bargain with a long-term potential for strong yet sustainable growth, Croatia could very well be it."
The group added that the country had already become a popular market among buyers from Germany, Britain and the Republic of Ireland.
This comes after official figures revealed that Croatia attracted 11 million foreign tourists between January and November last year - eight per cent more than in the same period of 2006.
