Cape Verde Property Investment News
Investors drawn to Cape Verde

Overseas property investors are increasingly choosing to buy houses in the Cape Verde islands, according to an expert.
Sarah Brown from NuBricks.com said that in recent years, the west African archipelago has become a magnet for second home buyers from overseas.
She highlighted a number of its main attractions, such as its strong tourist trade and resulting investment in infrastructure improvements.
In addition, she said its natural environment and cultural authenticity have also made it an appealing location.
Ms Brown commented: "One of the unique selling points of Cape Verde is the old world feel [and] the untouched areas of the islands."
However, she warned that authorities will have to try to preserve this aspect of the country while it becomes more popular.
This comes after International Monetary Fund estimated that Cape Verde would see economic growth of about 7.7 per cent this year.
