Cape Verde Property Investment News
Foreign investors buying Cape Verde property

A growing number of foreign property buyers are choosing to invest in Cape Verde, a media outlet has reported.
According to the Jet-to-Let magazine, the appeal of the country is "rapidly spreading" because of a number of different factors such as its good weather, beaches and scenery.
The publication added that its growing tourist sector and affordable property values had helped to make Cape Verde one of the top emerging markets in the world.
Commenting on the country's potential, it said: "The boom in tourists will increase the need for accommodation and a lot of the new developments are located in prime positions."
Coastal locations were said to be particularly desirable, as well as homes near leisure facilities such as golf courses.
Furthermore, Jet-to-Let stated that properties in reach of transport hubs such as airports were also in demand.
This comes after Home Move said continuing economic growth in Cape Verde could also make it a good investment market for foreign buyers.
