Cape Verde Property Investment News
Cape Verde recommended to investors

Prospective buyers of foreign property have been advised to consider purchasing in the Cape Verde islands.
The archipelago, located on the west coast of Africa, was recommended as a potential investment spot by UK newspaper the Telegraph.
Cape Verde was praised for offering a number of tempting attractions, such as a tropical setting and warm temperatures during the winter months.
This, combined with its improving accessibility from the UK, was said to have helped make it a highly popular location among second home buyers.
The newspaper also stated that the journey times to Cape Verde were only half an hour longer than flying to the Canary Islands.
In addition, it said that property on the archipelago offered "good growth potential", making it a potentially lucrative investment.
Earlier this year, the country's national airline TACV began providing direct flights between capital city Praia and London.
This has further opened up the Cape Verde market to British tourists and property investors.
