Cape Verde Property Investment News
Cape Verde is an 'unspoiled market'

Those looking for investment property in Cape Verde may be pleased to know that experts have described the country as a "greenfield" site.
While there are obvious risks with an untried market, property investors have the potential to reap substantial rewards from early purchases in the country, according to ShelterOffshore.
Cape Verde has recently seen an opening of doors for foreign investors and the international community, with such success that the country is being held up as a model for other emerging nations.
Rhiannon Davies, director of ShelterOffshore said: "It is a fresh emerging market where everything from the infrastructure to the amenities, from the property to the services is being added and developed from scratch."
New developments are starting up in most of the major islands in Cape Verde, with capital values rising by ten to 15 per cent annually, according to the Global Property Guide.
