Investors advised to consider letting in Bulgaria

Rental accommodation in Bulgaria is still a worthwhile investment, according to a property specialist.
Investment expert Amar Sodhi said that buyers in the eastern European country could still make a profit from a buy-to-let purchase, as it was popular for 12 months of the year.
Speaking to the Telegraph, he said: "There is huge demand for accommodation in the main mountain resorts, as they are year-round lifestyle destinations."
Mr Sodhi added that the country offered a range of activities to holidaymakers during both winter and summer, allowing rental investors the chance to earn higher capital returns than they would in more seasonally-dependent markets.
This comes after easyJet predicted that more than two million people would fly with the carrier in order to enjoy winter sports abroad.
The airline highlighted the popularity of services to Sofia, largely because people could travel to the nearby ski resort of Bansko.
