Flights to Bulgaria 'in strong demand'

Flights between the UK and Bulgaria are in particularly strong demand among Britons, according to one airline.
Budget carrier easyJet said that since it introduced services from London to Sofia last month, it seen very high levels of interest from consumers.
The airline said that demand was so high that the current frequency of flights - three times a week - was not sufficient to accommodate everybody.
This has prompted it to decide to operate the service daily, a move which further enhances the accessibility of Bulgaria from the UK.
Growth in the aviation sector has been widely credited with helping it turn into a hotspot for holidaymakers, which has in turn attracted many property buyers to the country.
Property author Andrew Regan told Huliq.com: "The fact that Bulgaria is well-connected to the UK via low-cost airlines has aided its desirability as both a holiday destination and investment area."
He added that entering the European Union had also made it a more attractive destination to foreign buyers.
