Different markets 'appeal to different people'

A property investor's age and wealth could influence their choice of investment market, an expert has suggested.
David Kerns from Moneycorp told the Telegraph that some countries tended to be more popular with certain demographics than others.
For example, he said that younger investors tended to opt for cheaper eastern European countries, as they wanted to get on a property ladder but could not afford to purchase in the UK.
In addition, he stated that older people were more likely to go to traditional European destinations, as they offered benefits such as a slower pace of life.
Speaking to the newspaper, Mr Kerns said: "Those going to France or Spain tend to be in the 45 to 65 age group, are retired or semi-retired and are looking for an easier lifestyle."
This comes after Datamonitor revealed that foreign properties owned by British investors are collectively worth more than £44 billion.
