Buyers should research market trends

Prospective investors have been urged to look at how the market is performing in their chosen destination.
Rhiannon Davies, director of Amberlamb, stated that people who are looking at buying a property in an emerging market need to consider more than low prices.
Buyers were told they need to look at long-term issues such as how the market is likely to develop in future years, such as whether it is likely to experience growth due to high demand.
Ms Davies commented: "An investor has to look to the longer term to ensure there is sustainability in a market."
She added that people should look at the fundamentals which are supporting the market in a certain area.
This, she said, is much more important than "marketing hype".
The comments come after the Association of International Property Professionals revealed that one in three overseas property purchases last year were in emerging countries.
