Bulgarian Black Sea 'growing in popularity'

Demand for investment properties in the Bulgarian Black Sea region is on the up, according to experts.
Green Life Property Development stated that holiday homes in particular were becoming increasingly sought-after by investors from a range of countries, reports Focus.
The news agency stated that Britons and Russians were the main movers in the market, along with people from Belarus, Romania and Kazakhstan.
This influx of holiday home buyers from other eastern European countries has led to the growing number of English speaking investors being significantly outnumbered - reflecting the high demand from investors across the world.
Green Life's report found that people from English-speaking countries accounted for 80 per cent of investors in the Black Sea area.
However, the ratio has now reversed and people from non-English-speaking countries now occupy the dominant 80 per cent.
Recently, Investors Provident stated that emerging markets such as Bulgaria offered good capital growth prospects for potential buyers.
