Bulgaria Property Investment News
Bulgaria recommended to property investors

Overseas property investors have been advised to consider possible investment opportunities in Bulgaria.
Neil Lewis from Property Secrets stated that most countries develop in a similar way, with rapid growth being followed by a period of stabilisation.
This, he said, may be a followed by a series of more modest but sustainable increases in property values.
According to Mr Lewis, Bulgaria is still is in the first stage and could therefore be a potentially lucrative investment market.
Speaking to the Times, he commented: "What you should bear in mind is that these are emerging markets, but emerging within a very safe political and therefore economic environment."
He added that the Romanian capital Bucharest is also in a comparable stage of development and experiencing significant growth as a result.
Romania and Bulgaria both became members of the European Union in January 2007.
