Bulgaria Property Investment News
Britons dominate Bulgarian investments

Britons are the most prolific overseas investors in the Bulgarian economy, new figures have revealed.
The Bulgarian Central Bank stated that foreign direct investment (FDI) from the UK has reached more than 900 million, reports Dnevnik Daily.
This is almost a quarter up on the figure recorded a year earlier and accounts for nearly a fifth of the overall level of FDI.
Much of this was found to be in the eastern European country's real estate market, in particular properties in popular holiday resorts.
However, the level of interest in property alone was found to be fairly similar to that seen during the previous two years.
Although this shows that the amount of interest in the market may have peaked, it also means that Bulgaria is retaining its popularity with foreign property investors.
This comes after the Global Property Guide revealed that Bulgaria's property market experienced the highest rate of growth in the world last year.
