'Liquid markets' a good bet for investors

Liquid markets are a good bet for investors, a property expert has said.
Spokesperson from Spanishpropertyinsight.com, Mark Stucklin, said that investors in "liquid markets" know that they will be able to sell their property fast as it is desirable.
A liquid market is a market that is well established.
"Look for liquid markets - don't go for an offplan apartment in a Bulgarian resort because you'll never be able to sell it," Mr Stucklin explained.
"A 'liquid market' means one that is well-established [and] you know you'll be able to sell and get out quite quickly because people want to buy there."
Mr Stucklin also advised that property investors should do plenty of research before approaching an area.
According to findings from the Institute for Public Policy Research, 5.5 million British citizens live permanently overseas.
A further 500,000 live abroad for a part of the year due to jobs and second homes.
