Non-European countries 'best for winter sun'

People who want guaranteed winter sunshine have been advised to invest in property outside of Europe.
UK newspaper the Telegraph said that countries such as Brazil allowed people to enjoy the good weather and beaches all year round.
Morocco was also highlighted as a potentially good option for investors, as it had large stretches of unspoilt land in coastal areas.
The publication added that the price of property in the north African country was much lower than in places such as Spain.
Furthermore, it said that many of the available houses were new developments that were being constructed as part of an initiative to attract more holidaymakers to Morocco.
This comes after a report by Datamonitor revealed that the overseas property market is expected to double in value between now and 2012.
Research by the group found that British and Irish investors currently own 3.81 million properties overseas, worth a total of £44.4 billion.
