Kaka lured by Natal

Football star Kaka has become one of the thousands moving into the market for investment property in Brazil.
The AC Milan lynchpin, a Champions League and Copa America winner, has purchased an apartment in the new Estrela do Atlantico development in the north-eastern city of Natal.
After his acquisition, the winner of the Times newspaper's World Player of the Year award explained his move into Brazilian real estate.
"Natal, with certainty, is one of the prettiest cities in Brazil," he said. "It is an interesting part of our country and (has) the closest proximity to Europe.
"This chance appeared for Natal and I used it to my advantage and believe the tourist potential and capacity of yield the enterprise has to offer."
Kaka has purchased one of the 'Phase One' apartments in the complex, with a second phase now launched due to popular demand.
Estrela do Atlantico is one of a host of high-profile developments in the flourishing city, with the world's eighth largest airport - a $130 million project - due to open in June 2009.
