Brazil's popular appeal highlighted
Tourist attractions in Brazil are appealing to people from various demographics, an expert has stated.
Tom Falcao, general manager of the tourist office of the Brazilian Embassy in London, said the South American country was a popular destination among people of all ages.
For example, he stated that younger consumers tended to enjoy attractions such as Brazil's beaches, as they were commonly used for sporting activities.
Meanwhile, he said older people were often drawn to those places that offered thermal waters, mud baths and other relaxing pursuits.
Mr Falcao commented: "Brazil offers all kinds of tourism."
He added that cities such as Rio de Janeiro were very child-friendly, as people often took their children with them when eating out.
This follows the news that British Airways is to launch a new service from the UK to Brazil next winter.
The flights between Heathrow Airport and Rio de Janeiro will further improve the accessibility of the country to European consumers.
