Brazil 'has broadened its appeal'

Brazil's appeal among foreign travellers has broadened in recent years, a national newspaper has said.
UK publication the Sun stated that the country had previously been popular largely with niche groups such as backpackers and hedonists.
However, it said that this has now changed, with the South American nation now possessing a fairly wide appeal to foreign nationals.
The newspaper commented: "[Brazil] has emerged as an all-inclusive destination for holidaymakers who want the sun and comfort of a Caribbean-type trip at an affordable price."
Many of the country's natural attractions were highlighted, such as its beaches and good climate.
In addition, the Sun praised Brazil for offering world-famous landmarks, such as the "iconic" Sugar Loaf Mountain and the famous Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio de Janeiro.
The report comes after Amberlamb stated that positive coverage of the country in the British press was helping to encourage interest from overseas property buyers in the UK.
